光栅尺被动隔振系统建模与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 分析了机床振动对光栅尺的精度影响,结合其均匀条状的结构特点,建立了5自由度光栅尺动力学模型。解耦了该动力学模型并给出了系统的传递函数。频率响应仿真分析表明,该隔振系统能有效隔离高速切削工况机床振动,对频率高于25Hz的振动激励,其平动自由度隔振效能优于-9dB。阶跃与冲击仿真结果表明,该隔振系统在冲击工况下亦具有较好的稳定性。研究工作为光栅尺隔振系统的具体设计提供了依据,并为类似条状结构的动力学分析及隔振设计提供了参考。 A5-DOF dynamic model of grating ruler was established based on the accuracy analysis with the impaction of machine tool vibration,which structural feature are uniform and strip. The transfer function was given after decoupling this 5-DOF dynamic model. The simulation results show that the vibration isolation system can effectively isolate the vibration of high-speed cutting situation. The vibration isolation efficiency were better than-9dB in translational motion DOF when the frequency beyond 25Hz. And this 5-DOF vibration isolation system also showed good stability according to the simulation results of Step and Impact. The research work of this paper provides a basis for the specific design of the grating vibration isolation system,and provides a reference for the dynamic analysis and vibration isolation design of similar strip structure.
