摘要 针对传统路面裂缝灌缝装置无法检测裂缝容积,不能根据裂缝容积自动调整灌缝胶出料流量,灌缝过程自动化程度不高的问题,提出了一种线结构光路面裂缝容积检测方法。该方法利用了线结构光三维测量的原理,通过线结构光扫描裂缝,连续获取裂缝截面的形状,从而计算出裂缝的容积。针对该检测方法,搭建了裂缝容积检测平台,分别对四种不同的裂缝模型进行容积检测。将裂缝模型的容积检测结果与实际容积进行对比,误差在3.41%以内,检测值与实际值具有良好的匹配度。且同一裂缝的重复检测误差变化范围在0.9%以内,说明检测稳定性较好。实验结果表明:此方法可对裂缝的容积进行较准确且稳定的检测,可为灌缝装置出料流量控制提供依据。 In view of the fact that the traditional crack filling device can not automatically adjust the discharge flow of crack filling glue by measuring the crack volume,in order to improve the automation of the seam filling process,a method of pavement crack volume measurement using linear structured light was proposed.This method uses the principle of line structured light threedimensional measurement.By scanning cracks with line structured light,the shape of crack section is obtained continuously,and the volume of cracks is calculated.According to this method,a crack volume measuring platform was set up to detect the volume of four different crack models.Comparation of measurements and truth values got the measurement errors within 3.41%.It indicated that measurements matched the truth values well.In addition,the variation range of repeated measurement error of the same crack was within 0.9%,which proved that the measurement result was relatively stable.The experimental results show that this method can measure the volume of cracks accurately and stably within a certain error range,and can provide a basis for the discharge flow control of the crack filling device.
