考虑生产过程能耗的多目标绿色作业车间调度问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对制造车间生产过程中机器不同运行状态下的能耗协同优化问题,构建了考虑生产过程能耗的多目标绿色作业车间调度问题模型。该调度模型考虑到机器启/停能耗、机器预加热能耗、加工能耗、空载能耗、工件运输能耗、低压低频待机能耗以及生产辅助能耗对总能耗的影响,根据该模型特点设计了基于邻域排挤机制、改进拥挤距离计算方式和邻域搜索策略的改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行求解。最后,通过基准算例和实际工程案例进行测试,结果表明所构建的模型和改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解考虑生产过程能耗的多目标绿色作业车间调度问题是切实可行的,能够更加有效地指导实际车间生产。 A multi-objective green job shop scheduling problem model considering the energy consumption of the production process is constructed to solve the energy consumption collaborative optimization problem of the machine in the production process of the manufacturing workshop. The model containing the impact of machine start/stop energy consumption,machine preheating energy consumption,processing energy consumption,no-load energy consumption,job transportation energy consumption,lowvoltage and low-frequency standby energy consumption and production auxiliary energy consumption on the total energy consumption. According to the characteristics of the model,an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was proposed based on combining the neighborhood crowding mechanism,improving the calculation method of crowding distance and neighborhood search structure.By testing the benchmark case and engineering case,the results show that the constructed model and the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are feasible to solve the multi-objective green job shop scheduling problem considering the energy consumption of the production process,and can guide the actual workshop production more effectively.
