城市大脑的新探索

New Exploration of the City Brain

以互联网为核心的世界科技生态正在向类脑架构演化,由此形成的互联网大脑模型与智慧城市的结合产生了城市大脑,而世界范围城市大脑结合在一起将形成全球性的世界数字大脑系统。本文提出世界统一的数字神经元、人类智慧与工智能形成的混合智能和跨机构、跨地区执行任务的云反射弧将是城市大脑建设的核心,也称为城市大脑的1+2+N模式。通过对比互联网大脑模型和城市生命体理论的异同点,本文对目前产业界8个城市大脑定义进行了分析,提出城市大脑、世界数字大脑是智慧城市、智慧地球产生智慧的关键。

The world science and technology ecology centered on the Internet is evolving to a brain-like architecture. The combination of Internet Brain Model and Smart Cities has produced City Brain, and the combination of the world-wide city brains will form World Wide Digital Brain. This paper proposes that the world’s unified digital neurons, the hybrid intelligence formed by human intelligence and artificial intelligence, and the cloud reflex arc that performs tasks across institutions and regions will be the core of City Brain construction, also known as the 1+2+N model of City Brain. By comparing the similarities and differences between Internet Brain model and the theory of Urban Life Entity, it analyzes the current definitions of 8 urban brains in the industry, and proposes that City Brains and World Wide Digital Brain are important solutions for Smart City and Smart Earth to generate wisdom.
