摘要
针对超高层公共建筑管理要求高、难度大、管理人员投入大、管理交叉面多、业态多样、能耗总量大、机电系统复杂等特点,文章对超高层公共建筑的智能化设计要点进行探讨,通过对智能化系统设计、布线和信息网络系统设计、优化能源利用、集中监测控制、智慧安防和运营管理平台的设计分析,达到提升超高层公共建筑管理效率、提高用户体验、降本增效的目标。
In view of the characteristics of super high-rise public buildings, such as high management requirements, difficult management, large investment of management personnel, multiple management intersections, diverse building formats, large total energy consumption, and complex electromechanical systems, this paper discusses the main points of intelligent design of super high-rise public buildings. Through the design and analysis of intelligent system design, wiring and information network system design, optimization of energy utilization, centralized monitoring and control, intelligent security and operation management platform, it achieves the goal of improving the management efficiency of super high-rise public buildings, improving user experience, reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
