摘要
随着BIM技术的发展,装配式建筑的施工管理问题逐渐成为行业关注的焦点。文章首先梳理了装配式建筑、BIM技术、精益建造及其融合应用的理论,分析了三者融合应用实现的可能性以及优势,并结合实际工程案例进行BIM技术保证了装配式建筑项目全生命周期各阶段信息流的传递无阻,使精益建造成为可能,在满足客户需求、缩短工期、节约资源等方面创造更大价值;为建筑业向着工业化、信息化、绿色化发展提供借鉴意义。
With the development of BIM technology,the construction management of assembly building has gradually become the focus of the industry.This paper first sorts out the theory of prefabricated building,BIM technology,lean construction and their integrated application,analyzes the possibility and advantages of the realization of the three integrated applications,and combines the actual engineering cases to analyze.BIM technology ensures the unblocked transmission of information flow at all stages of the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building project,and makes lean construction possible.It can create greater value in meeting the needs of customers,shortening the construction period,saving resources and other aspects;It provides reference significance for the development of construction industry towards industrialization,informatization and greening.
