建筑施工过程中会产生一定程度的环境污染和生态破坏,因此,绿色建筑管理理念将充分发挥其作用。鉴于此,本文首先简要分析了创新建筑管理与绿色施工管理在新时代的重要性,并结合案例探讨了绿色施工管理理念下创新建筑施工管理的策略,旨在进一步促进我国相关领域的全面发展。

For building construction, related construction facilities in the process of construction and subsequent use will produce a certain degree of environmental pollution and ecological damage, therefore, the concept of green building management will give full play to its role. In view of this, this paper firstly briefly analyzes the importance of innovative building management and green construction management in the new era, and combines the case to explore the strategy of innovative building construction management under the concept of green construction management, aiming to further promote the comprehensive development of relevant fields in China.
