循证护理对宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留的预防及生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of postoperative urinary retention and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer

目的探究循证护理对宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留的预防及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月莆田市第一医院妇产科收治的60例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+循证护理。比较两组术后膀胱排尿指标、尿潴留发生率及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组残余尿量、排尿时间少于对照组,最大尿流率、平均尿流率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后尿潴留发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于宫颈癌术后患者,在改善膀胱排尿指标、提升生活质量方面有突出效果,能够减少术后尿潴留的发生,可予以推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of postoperative urinary retention and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted routine nursing+evidence-based nursing.The postoperative bladder urination index,the incidence of urinary retention and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The residual urine volume and voiding time in the observation group were less or shorter than those in the control group,and the maximum and average urine flow rates were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with cervical cancer after operation exerts a prominent effect on improving bladder urination index and promoting the quality of life,can reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention and can be popula rized.
