2005-2021年无症状性脑梗死危险因素研究趋势可视化分析

Visual analysis of the research trend on risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction from 2015 to 2021

目的分析2005-2021年国内外无症状性脑梗死危险因素临床研究的现状、热点及趋势。方法检索Web of Science(WOS)及中国知网(CNKI)2005年1月1日至2021年10月21日收录的无症状性脑梗死危险因素相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对作者、被引文献和关键词共现及关键词突现进行分析,并绘制相应可视化图谱。结果CNKI中获得文献136篇,WOS中获得文献768篇。主要研究者为马建军、李学等形成的团队及以CHARLES DECARLI为首的团队。无症状性脑梗死的主要危险因素为年龄、高血压、糖尿病、血液系统疾病、心血管疾病及术后等。近年针对无症状性脑梗死危险因素的研究趋势为对心房颤动、颈动脉狭窄、认知功能障碍、脑白质病变、血管疾病术后等的深入研究。结论可视化分析展示无症状性脑梗死的危险因素研究现状及热点趋势,希望为无症状性脑梗死防治的细化流程提供参考,后续研究提供可合作学者、期刊及选题与研究方向参考。

Objective To analyze the current situation,hot spots and trends of clinical research on risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction from 2015 to 2021 at home and abroad.Methods The relevant literatures on risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction collected by Web of Science(WOS)and CNKI from January 1,2005 to October 21,2021 were searched,and the author,cited literature,keyword co-occurrence and keyword emergence were analyzed using the CiteSpace software,and the corresponding visualizing map was drawn.Results 136 articles were obtained from CNKI and 768 articles were obtained from WOS.The principal investigators were from the team formed by Ma Jianjun and Li Xue and the team led by CHARLES DECARLI.The main risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction were age,hypertension,diabetes,hematological disease,cardiovascular disease and prognosis.In recent years,the research trend of risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction lied in the in-depth study of atrial fibrillation,carotid artery stenosis,cognitive dysfunction,leukodystrophy,vascular disease prognosis,etc.Conclusion Visual analysis shows the current situation,hot spots and trends of clinical research on risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction,hoping to provide reference for the detailed process of prevention and treatment of asymptomatic cerebral infarction,and the follow-up research can also provide reference for co-researcher s,journals,topics and research directions.
