Traditional Chinese medicine on the immunological non-response in HIV/AIDS patients after antiretroviral therapy

艾滋病免疫重建不良(INR)是一个临床难点问题,中医药治疗有一定优势。本文提出了“毒邪致脾损气虚”是INR中医病因病机,倡导“以脾为主,肺肾兼顾,序贯治疗”的策略,分析了中医药治疗INR的临床及实验室研究的证据。建议整合优势研究力量,围绕本病病因病机、证候诊断标准、诊疗方案及中药新药等方面开展高质量研究,提高艾滋病诊疗水平。

Immunological non-response(INR)of AIDS patients is a complex clinical problem and traditional Chinese medicine(CM)has certain advantages.Spleen damage and Qi deficiency caused by toxin evil is the etiology and pathogenesis of INR in CM and advocate the strategy of giving priority to spleen,giving consideration to lung and kidney and sequential treatment.The evidence of clinical and laboratory studies on treating INR with CM was analyzed.It was suggested to carry out high-quality research on the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria for syndromes,diagnosis and treatment schemes and Chinese drugs of INR to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of AIDS.
