消痞方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaopi Prescription Combined with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets for Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的:观察消痞方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效。方法:选取100例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各50例。2组均进行常规降糖治疗,对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,研究组给予消痞方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率,比较2组治疗前后中医症状评分、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平、胃动素、胃泌素水平、胃排空时间的变化。结果:治疗后,2组中医症状各项评分及总分均较治疗前下降,且研究组中医症状各项评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃动素、胃泌素水平、胃排空时间均较治疗前下降,且研究组胃动素、胃泌素、胃排空时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率为96.00%,对照组为82.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为10.00%,研究组不良反应发生率为12.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消痞方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫能较好的缓解胃肠道症状,控制糖代谢,改善胃功能,缩短胃排空时间,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaopi Prescription combined with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets for diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with diabetic gastroparesis were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely given hypoglycemic treatment;the control group was treated with routine western medicine,namely Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets,and the study group was treated with Xiaopi Prescription combined with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets.The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups;the changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,motilin and gastrin,and gastric evacuation time in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,each score of TCM symptoms and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment;each score of TCM symptoms and the total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin and gastric evacuation time in the two groups were decreased and shortened when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of motilin and gastrin and gastric evacuation time in the study group were lower and shorter than those in the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical effect was 96.00% in the study group and 82.00% in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00% in the control group and 12.00% in the study group,there being no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiaopi Prescription combined with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets for diabetic gastroparesis can better relieve gastrointestinal symptoms,control glucose metabolism,improve gastric function,shorten gastric evacuation time,and enhance clinical effect.
