全球安全倡议为实现人类共同安全、永久安全擘画了美好蓝图。推动全球安全倡议落地落实,既面临东西方实力此消彼长、全球性安全问题倒逼驱动、中国整体实力日渐增强、以及现有全球治理体系的力不从心等重要机遇,也面临冷战思维、霸权规范、大国战略竞争、逆全球化思潮、非传统安全问题等现实挑战,必须从增进理念认同、壮大推动力量、完善协作机制、做实重点工作等方面入手,携手推动倡议落地落实,为人类开辟美好未来。

The Global Security Initiative(GSI)draws a beautiful blueprint for common and lasting human security.To promote the implementation of the global security initiative,we are embracing important opportunities brought by the decline of the West and rise of the East,the push of global security issues,the growing strength of China and inadequacy of the existing global governance system.In the meantime,we are also faced with practical challenges such as cold war mentality,hegemonic norms,strategic competition among major powers,anti-globalization trend and non-traditional security concerns.It is necessary to promote the implementation of the initiative and open up a better future for mankind by enhancing the GSI acceptance,strengthening the driving force,improving the collaboration mechanism and implementing the key tasks.
