当前大学生具有就业追求个性、就业价值观偏享乐主义、“慢就业”等特点,而高校传统就业工作存在个性化就业指导工作不足、就业思想政治教育形式单一、非择业期学生就业意识培养缺失等问题,应将大数据、新媒体、人工智能等信息技术应用于高校就业工作中,提高高校就业指导水平。

At present,college students have the characteristics of employment pursuit of individuality,employment values partial hedonism,"slow employment"and so on,while the traditional employment work of colleges and universities has insufficient personalized employment guidance work,a single form of employment ideology and political education,and the lack of employment awareness cultivation of students in the non-career period,and information technology such as big data,new media,and artificial intelligence should be applied to the employment work of colleges and universities to improve the level of employment guidance in colleges and universities.
