我国工匠精神研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Craftsmanship Spirit in China

自“工匠精神”一词被写入政府工作报告以来,国内学者针对工匠精神的概念与内涵、现实价值与培育策略等进行研究,取得了丰硕成果,但现有研究偏重理论层面分析,缺少实证探究,不利于工匠精神发挥其应用价值。因此,相关研究应扩展研究领域,放宽研究视角,采用多维度的研究方法,以推动工匠精神研究的进一步发展。

Since the term"craftsmanship spirit"was written into the government work report,domestic scholars have studied the concept and connotation,practical values and cultivation strategies,resulting in fruitful achievements,but there are also some areas that need to be improved.For example,the existing research focuses on the theoretical analysis and lacks empirical research,which is not conducive to the craftsmanship spirit to play its application value.Therefore,the future research should expand the research field,broaden the research perspective and adopt multi-dimensional research methods,so as to promote the further development of the research on craftsmanship spirit.
