一次性氢气吸入对大学生脑执行控制能力的影响

EFFECT OF ONE-TIME HYDROGEN INHALATION ON BRAIN EXECUTIVE CONTROL ABILITY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS

摘要 为了观察一次性吸入不同剂量的氢气对大学生脑执行控制功能的影响规律,招募大学生作为受试对象,对所有受试者分别于吸氢前、吸氢后即刻以及吸氢后不同时段进行一次Stroop Color-Word Test测试.实验结束后,利用SPSS24.0统计软件对实验数据分别进行组内和组间的差异显著性检验,组内差异显著性检验采用重复测量的方差分析和事后LSD检验,组间比较采用单因素方差分析.结果显示:对照组不同时间测试得到的Stroop反应时之间无显著性改变(P>0.05),Stroop反应时测试数值不受测试次数重复的显著影响;不同组别之间比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05).由实验结果可推断,一次性吸入一定剂量的氢气可显著提升大学生的脑执行控制能力,具体表现为Stroop反应时显著性缩短. In order to observe the effect of inhaling different doses of hydrogen on the executive control function of college students, college students were recruited as subjects. All subjects were tested with Stroop Color Word Test before, immediately after and after hydrogen inhalation. After the end of the experiment, SPSS24.0 was used to test the significance of the difference between groups and within groups. The significance of the difference between groups was tested by repeated measurement ANOVA and post hoc LSD test, and the comparison between groups was conducted by one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was no significant change in Stroop reaction time obtained in the control group at different times(P>0.05), indicating that the Stroop reaction time test value was not significantly affected by the number of test repetitions, and there was no significant difference between different groups(P>0.05). It can be inferred from the experimental results that inhaling a certain dose of hydrogen at one time can significantly improve the brain executive control ability of college students, specifically, the Stroop reaction time is significantly shortened.
