摘要
为了有效开展施工阶段安全风险管控工作,预防施工安全事故,从深入挖掘施工阶段安全事故影响因素入手,通过考虑施工强度、恶劣天气两类风险扩大因素,本质安全性、安全管理水平、应急救援能力和人群安全疏散等风险控制修正因素,提出施工阶段的风险矩阵法修正评估流程与计算方法。以某片区施工阶段为实例,验证了修正后风险矩阵法的有效性与可行性。
In order to effectively carry out the safety risk management and control work in the construction stage and prevent construction safety accidents,starting from the in-depth excavation of the influencing factors of safety accidents in the construction stage,the risk matrix method in the construction stage is proposed by considering the two risk expansion factors of construction intensity and bad weather,and the risk control correction factors such as intrinsic safety,safety management level,emergency rescue ability and crowd safety evacuation,and the revised assessment process and calculation method of the risk matrix method in the construction stage are proposed.Taking the construction stage of a certain area as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the revised risk matrix method are verified.
