磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年5月该院收治的102例病毒性心肌炎患儿进行前瞻性研究。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组采用辅酶Q10治疗,观察组采用辅酶Q10联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前后心肌酶指标[肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)]水平、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、cTnI、CPK、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.84%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.88%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,降低心肌酶指标和炎性因子水平,优于单纯辅酶Q10治疗效果。 Objective: To observe effects of Creatine phosphate sodium combined with Coenzyme Q10 in treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 102 children with viral myocarditis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to May 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Coenzyme Q10, while the observation group was treated with Coenzyme Q10 combined with Creatine phosphate sodium. The curative effect, the levels of myocardial enzyme indexes [creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH), cardiac troponin I(cTnI), creatine phosphokinase(CPK)], the inflammatory factor levels [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-8], and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%, which was higher than 78.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of CK-MB, LDH, HBDH, cTnI, CPK, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.84% in the observation group and 5.88% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions: Creatine phosphate sodium combined with Coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of the children with viral myocarditis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of myocardial enzyme indexes and the inflammatory factors.Moreover, it is superior to single Coenzyme Q10 treatment.
