摘要
目的:观察质量敏感指标管理在消毒供应中心(CSSD)的应用效果。方法:2019年3月至2020年3月该院CSSD实施常规管理,2020年4月至2021年4月该院CSSD实施质量敏感指标管理。比较实施质量敏感指标管理前后CSSD工作质量(器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率、湿包发生率)和医护人员满意度。结果:实施质量敏感指标管理后,CSSD器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率依次为97.75%(87/89)、96.63%(86/89)、97.75%(87/89),分别高于实施前的88.76%(79/89)、87.64%(78/89)、89.89%(80/89);湿包发生率为3.37%(3/89),低于实施前的11.24%(10/89),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施质量敏感指标管理后,医护人员对CSSD器械供应及时性、服务态度、工作责任心、质量及安全等方面的满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量敏感指标管理可提高CSSD器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率和医护人员满意度,降低湿包发生率,效果优于常规管理。
Objective: To observe application effects of quality sensitive indicator management in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods: From March 2019 to March 2020, the routine management was applied in CSSD, while from April 2020 to April 2021, the quality sensitive indicator management was implemented. The work quality(qualified rate of instrument cleaning, qualified rate of sterilization, qualified rate of packaging, incidence of wet package) and the satisfaction of medical staffs were compared before and after the implementation of quality sensitive indicator management in CSSD. Results: After the implementation of quality sensitive indicator management, the qualified rates of instrument cleaning, sterilization and packaging in CSSD were 97.75%(87/89), 96.63%(86/89) and 97.75%(87/89), separately, which were higher than 88.76%(79/89), 87.64%(78/89) and 89.89%(80/89) before the implementation;the incidence of wet package was 3.37%(3/89), which was lower than 11.24%(10/89) before the implementation;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the implementation of quality sensitive indicator management, the satisfaction of medical staffs on CSSD instrument supply timeliness, service attitude, work responsibility, quality and safety was higher than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The quality sensitive indicator management can improve the qualified rates of instrument cleaning, sterilization, packaging in CSSD and the satisfaction of medical staffs,and reduce the incidence of wet package. Moreover, it is superior to the routine management.
