网络互动健康教育在口腔癌手术患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:观察网络互动健康教育在口腔癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年7月该院收治的76例口腔癌手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用网络互动健康教育,比较两组住院时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后3 d睡眠时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、术后并发症发生率、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分和生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分。结果:观察组住院时间和术后首次下床活动时间均短于对照组,术后3 d睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组ESCA各维度评分和QLQ-C30功能领域评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用网络互动健康教育可提高口腔癌手术患者自我护理能力评分和生命质量评分,缩短住院时间和术后首次下床活动时间,延长术后3 d睡眠时间,以及降低SAS评分、SDS评分和并发症发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理效果。 Objective: To observe application effects of network interactive health education in nursing of patients with oral cancer surgeries. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 76 patients with oral cancer surgeries admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to July 2020. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 38 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given the network interactive health education on the basis of that of the control group.The hospitalization time, the postoperative first ambulation time after the surgery, the postoperative 3 d sleep time, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score, the self-rating depression scale(SDS) score, the incidence of postoperative complications, the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA) score,and the quality of life core scale(QLQ-C30) score were compared between the two groups. Results: The hospitalization time and the first ambulation time after the surgery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the postoperative 3 d sleep time was longer than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 21.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, after the nursing, the scores of ESCA dimensions and the QLQ-C30 functional areas in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: On the basis of the routine nursing, the network interactive health education can improve the self-care ability scores and the quality of life scores of the patients with oral cancer surgeries, shorten the hospitalization time and the first ambulation time after the surgery, prolong the postoperative 3 d sleep time, and reduce the SAS scores, SDS scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
