在应然与实然的张力中把握中国共产党的共同富裕思想

Between What-It-Should-Be and What-It-Is-Being:How to Grasp the CPC’s Thought of Common Prosperity

同富裕是全体人民需要得到满足的一种终极的“应然”状态。但是,实然状况与应然图景之间的巨大鸿沟,要求中国共产党把握共同富裕在不同历史阶段的阶段性样态,并在实践中认识、趋近并超越“阶段性应然”。在“应然”与“实然”的张力之中理解共同富裕,梳理中国共产党推进共同富裕实践的历史进程,要从当代中国所处的特殊历史定位出发,把握“人的相互依赖”“以物依赖性为基础的人的独立性”以及“自由个性”三大社会形态并存共生的时代特征。推动共同富裕的“实然”朝着“应然”的正确方向转变,必须找准两大路标:一是市场经济的社会主义导向,二是中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化、创新性发展。

Common prosperity is the ultimate“should be”state in which all people’s needs are met.However,the huge gap between the actual situation and the should be situation requires the CPC to grasp the phased patterns of common prosperity in different historical stages,and recognize,approach and surpass the“phased should-be”in practice.To understand common prosperity under the tension of“what-itshould-be”and“what-it-is-being”,and to sort out the historical process of the CPC’s promotion of common prosperity,we should start from the special historical positioning of contemporary China,and grasp the characteristics of the era of coexistence of the three social forms of“interdependence of people”,“independence of people based on material dependence”and“free personality”.To promote the“real”transformation of common prosperity in the right direction of“should-be”,we must find two signposts:first,the socialist orientation of the market economy,and second,the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s excellent traditional culture.
