日粮添加发酵紫花苜蓿饲喂金陵花鸡的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在探究日粮添加发酵紫花苜蓿对金陵花鸡饲喂效果的影响。选取144羽60日龄、健康且体重相近的金陵花鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复12羽鸡。CK组、LM5组、LM8组分别在基础配合日粮中分别添加0、5%、8%发酵紫花苜蓿。正式试验期71 d。结果显示:与CK组相比,LM5组和LM8组金陵花鸡的料重比、平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,LM5组和LM8组金陵花鸡血清白细胞计数(WBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著降低(P<0.05),平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞体积分布宽度CV(RDW-CV)、红细胞体积分布宽度SD(RDW-SD)、血小板计数(PLT)显著提高(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,LM5组与LM8组金陵花鸡的脾脏系数显著提高(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,LM5组、LM8组金陵花鸡胸肌的粗蛋白质含量显著提高(P<0.05);LM5组金陵花鸡胸肌的干物质、粗脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05);LM8组金陵花鸡胸肌的粗脂肪含量降低(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,LM5组和LM8组金陵花鸡胸肌亚麻酸、油酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),肌苷酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);LM8组金陵花鸡胸肌亚油酸含量显著降低33.3%(P<0.05)。发酵紫花苜蓿组金陵花鸡胸肌中共检测到17种氨基酸。与CK组相比,LM5组和LM8组金陵花鸡胸肌天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸含量以及氨基酸总量显著降低(P<0.05),组氨酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);LM5组金陵花鸡胸肌丝氨酸、谷氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05);L8组金陵花鸡胸肌丙氨酸含量显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵紫花苜蓿替代部分基础日粮可提高金陵花鸡机体的免疫力,改善肌肉的品质和风味,适宜添加水平为8%。 The experiment was to explore the effect of adding fermented alfalfa to diet on feeding effect of Jinling chickens.A total of one hundred and forty-four 60-day-old Jinling chickens,healthy and of similar weight,were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates in each group,and 12 chickens in each replicate.Chickens in group CK,group LM5 and group LM8 was evenly mixed with 0,5%and 8%fermented alfalfa in basic formula feed.The formal trial period was 71 d.The results showed that compared with group CK,the feed to gain ratio and average daily feed intake of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group CK,the serum WBC and MCHC of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens significantly decreased(P<0.05),MCV,MCH,RDW-CV,RDW-SD and PLT were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group CK,the spleen coefficients of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group CK,the crude protein content of chest muscle of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of dry matter and crude fat in breast muscle of group LM5 Jinling chickens were significantly increased(P<0.05),the crude fat content of breast muscle of group LM8 Jinling chickens was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group CK,the content of linolenic acid and oleic acid in chest muscle of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of inosinic acid was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of linoleic acid in breast muscle of group LM8 Jinling chickens was significantly reduced by 33.3%(P<0.05).A total of 17 amino acids were detected in chest muscle of Jinling chickens in test group.Compared with group CK,the content of aspartic acid,threonine and total amino acids in chest muscle of group LM5 and group LM8 Jinling chickens were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of histidine was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of serine,glutamic acid,valine and lysine in breast muscle of group LM5Jinling chickens were decreased significantly(P<0.05),the alanine content in breast muscle of group LM8 Jinling chickens was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that replacing part of basal diet with fermented alfalfa can increase the feed reward,improve the immunity of Jinling chickens,and improve the quality and flavor of the muscle,the optimal addition level is 8%.
