菊粉和鱼腥草素联用对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加菊粉和鱼腥草素联用对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及抗氧化性能的影响。选取108羽体重(55.00±0.08)g的10日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡随机分为3组(A组、B组和C组),每组6个重复,每个重复6羽鸡。A组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,B组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮+1%菊粉,C组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮+1%菊粉+0.4%鱼腥草素。试验期14 d。结果显示:与A组相比,B组、C组蛋鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与A组相比,B组海兰褐蛋雏鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜中淀粉酶的活性显著增强(P<0.05);B组和C组海兰褐蛋雏鸡空肠中的胆囊收缩素(CCK)含量显著降低(P<0.05);B组海兰褐蛋雏鸡回肠中的CCK和饥饿素(Ghrelin)含量显著降低(P<0.05);B组和C组海兰褐蛋雏鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜中的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著增强(P<0.05),B组和C组海兰褐蛋雏鸡十二指肠和空肠黏膜的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著增强(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加菊粉或菊粉+鱼腥草素在一定程度上提高了海兰褐蛋雏鸡内源性消化酶活性,增强了机体的抗氧化性能,降低了肠道饱感激素的分泌,但对生长性能和屠宰性能无显著影响。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary inulin combined with Houttuynia cordata on the growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and antioxidant performance of Hyline Brown chicks.A total of one hundred and eight 10-day-old Hyline Brown chicks with an average body weight of(55.00±0.08)g were randomly divided into three group(group A,group B and group C),with six replicates in each group and six chicks in each replicate.Chicks in group A were fed with a basal diet,chicks in group B were fed with basal diet+1%inulin,and chicks in group C were fed basal diet+1%inulin+0.4%Houttuynia cordata.The experiment lasted for 14 d.The results showed that compared with group A,group B and group C had no significant effects on growth performance and slaughter performance of Hyline Brown chicks(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the activity of amylase in duodenum,jejunum and ileum mucosa of Hyline Brown chicks in group B were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of cholecystokinin(CCK)in jejunum of Hyline Brown chicks in group B and group C was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of CCK and Ghrelin in ileum of Hyline Brown chicks in group B were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in duodenum,jejunum and ileum mucosa of Hyline Brown chicks in group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in duodenum and jejunum mucosa of Hyline Brown chicks in group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the supplementation of inulin or Houttuynia cordata can increase the activities of endogenous digestive enzymes and antioxidant status,and reduce the secretion of intestinal satiety hormone,but have no obvious effect on growth performance and slaughter performance of Hyline Brown chicks.
