洋葱提取物具有多种生物活性功能,如抗氧化、抑菌杀菌、降低血脂、抵抗血小板凝集等。在肉鸡饲粮中添加洋葱提取物可以提高肉鸡的生长性能,改善肉品质,提高机体的抗氧化及免疫功能。文章综述洋葱提取物的生物活性物质及其在肉鸡生产中的应用现状,为洋葱提取物在肉鸡养殖生产中的进一步利用提供参考。

Onion extract has a variety of bioactive functions,such as antioxidant,bacteriostatic,reducing blood lipids,resistance to platelet agglutination.Adding onion extract to broiler diets can improve the growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant and immune function of broilers.The article reviews the bioactive substances of onion extract and its application status in broiler production,to provide reference for the further utilization of onion extract in broiler production.
