摘要
卫生外交已成为保障国家安全、促进全球健康的重要外交领域。卫生外交人员在协调全球卫生相关事务,促进国际关系方面发挥着重要作用,但目前该领域缺少专业的卫生外交人才。“国际语言服务”人才的提出为外语与外交学、全球卫生的交叉结合提供了思路。本文尝试探讨卫生外交语言服务人才这一创新培养模式的课程设计。该模式以成果导向教育理念为指导,通过识别卫生外交人才应具备的知识能力,反向设计专业课程模块及相关课程,设计的三个课程模块包括卫生外交、语言文化和医学人文。此培养模式的提出,旨在为我国参与全球卫生合作和谈判培养和储备更多的人才。
Health diplomacy is an important diplomatic domain in safeguarding national security and promoting global health.Health diplomats play an important role in coordinating global healthrelated matters and improving international relations,but there is currently a shortage of specialized health diplomats in the field.The proposal of fostering“International Language Service”talents facilitates the cross-disciplinary integration of foreign languages with diplomacy and global health.This paper attempts to explore the curriculum design of the innovative training program—Language Service for Health Diplomacy.Guided by the concept of outcome-based education,the curriculum design creates modules and related courses by identifying the knowledge and abilities that health diplomats are supposed to have.The three course modules include health diplomacy,language and culture studies,and medical humanities.The development of this program aims to prepare more diplomatic talents to participate in global health cooperation and negotiations.
