外周性眩晕患者的抑郁情绪现状及其影响因素

The status of depression in patients with peripheral vertigo and its influencing factors

目的调查外周性眩晕患者抑郁情绪现状并分析其影响因素。方法选择2020年2月~2021年2月150例外周性眩晕患者为调查对象,入院后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价抑郁情绪,并根据评价结果设为抑郁组与非抑郁组。调查两组患者性别、年龄、病程等一般资料,组间通过单因素分析后筛选出差异具有统计学意义的因素,再经赋值后进行多因素Logistic回归分析,得出外周性眩晕患者抑郁的影响因素。结果150例患者检出抑郁37例,其中轻度14例、中度20、重度3例;抑郁组与非抑郁组病程、病情严重程度、年龄、是否独居、文化程度、居住地差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组性别、疾病类型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,病程>4周、严重眩晕、年龄>80岁、小学及以下文化水平、独居是外周性眩晕患者抑郁的影响因素。结论外周性眩晕患者抑郁检出率较高,受到病程、眩晕程度、年龄等多种因素的影响,应重视该类患者的不良情绪筛查以及预防。

Objective To investigate the current status of depression in patients with peripheral vertigo and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 150 patients with peripheral vertigo from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to evaluate depression after admission.They were divided into depression group and non-depression group according to the evaluation results.The general data of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,course of disease were investigated.Items with statistically significant differences were screened out by univariate analysis between groups.After assignment,multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to obtain the influencing factors of depression in patients with peripheral vertigo.Results 37 cases of depression were detected in 150 patients,of which 14 cases were mild,20 were moderate,and 3 were severe.There were statistically significant differences between the depression group and the non-depression group in disease course,disease severity,age,whether they lived alone,education level,and place of residence(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender and disease type between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that disease duration>4 weeks,severe vertigo,age>80 years,primary school education level and below,and living alone were the influencing factors of depression in patients with peripheral vertigo.Conclusion The detection rate of depression in patients with peripheral vertigo is relatively high,which is affected by various factors such as the course of disease,degree of vertigo,and age.Attention should be paid to the screening and prevention of adverse emotions in such patients.
