胰岛素泵联合心理治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果

Effect of insulin pump combined with psychotherapyin patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施胰岛素泵联合心理治疗的效果。方法招募2018年1月~2020年12月内我院就诊的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为接受胰岛素泵治疗组(对照组,45例)和接受胰岛素泵+心理治疗组(观察组,45例)。对比两组患者血糖控制情况、心理弹性评分、焦虑抑郁程度等。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于对照组,血糖达标时间较对照组短(P<0.05);两组治疗后较同组治疗前CD-RISC评分明显升高,且观察组较对照组升高幅度更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论实施胰岛素泵治疗联合心理治疗,可提高妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,强化临床疗效,同时有效增强患者心理弹性及缓解焦虑、抑郁状态。

Objective To explore the effect of insulin pump combined with psychotherapy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2018to December 2020 were recruited.They were divided into insulin pump group(control group,45 cases)and insulin pump plus psychotherapy(observation group,45 cases)according to random number table.Blood glucose control,psychological elasticity score,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the time to reach the standard of blood glucose was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cd-risc score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the increase of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of insulin pump therapy combined with psychotherapy can improve the glycemic control effect in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,enhance their clinical efficacy,effectively enhance their resilience and relieve their anxiety and depression.
