营养干预联合心理干预对提高宫颈癌患者同步放化疗耐受性的效果及对患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of nutritional intervention combined with psychological intervention on improving the tolerance of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer and its effect on their anxiety,depression and quality of life

目的观察营养干预联合心理干预对提高宫颈癌患者同步放化疗耐受性的效果及对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月~2021年1月接诊且行同步放化疗的115例宫颈癌患者,随机分为:观察组(纳入57例,采用营养干预联合心理干预)、对照组(纳入58例,采用自主进食和常规护理),评价组间患者焦虑抑郁评分、治疗中断次数、血清Th1/Th2免疫指标、骨髓抑制相关指标、生活质量、客观缓解率的差异。结果干预后,观察组焦虑抑郁评分、血清Th1/Th2免疫指标、骨髓抑制相关指标、生活质量优于对照组,且治疗中断次数少于对照组,观察组的客观缓解率(91.23%)高于对照组(77.59%),P<0.05。结论在宫颈癌患者行同步放化疗时采用营养干预联合心理干预,可以改善其免疫状态,缓解骨髓抑制反应,提高耐受性,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of nutritional intervention combined with psychological intervention on improving the tolerance of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer and its effect on anxiety,depression and quality of life.Methods 115 patients with cervical cancer who received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(57 cases were included,using nutritional intervention+psychological intervention)and control group(58 cases were included,using autonomous eating+routine nursing).The scores of anxiety and depression,the times of treatment interruption,serum Th1/Th2 immune indexes,bone marrow suppression related indexes quality of life,objective remission rate were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression,serum Th1/Th2 immune indexes,bone marrow suppression related indexes and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the times of treatment interruption were less than those in the control group,and the objective remission rate(91.23%)was higher than that in the control group(77.59%),P<0.05.Conclusion The nutritional intervention combined with psychological intervention in patients with cervical cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve their immune status,alleviate bone marrow suppression response,improve tolerance,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
