天津市某农药厂职业病危害现状与对策

Present situation and countermeasures of occupational hazards in an insecticide factory in Tianjin

目的 通过职业卫生现场调查和检测等方法,明确天津市某农药厂存在的职业病危害问题,明确作业岗位及重点职业病危害因素。方法 2019年5月,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测与分析等方法,对该农药厂职业病危害现状进行总体评价。结果 该农药厂劳动者接触的其他粉尘、矽尘、氮氧化合物、敌敌畏、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、噪声检测结果符合国家职业接触限值。综合车间乳剂新上瓶工、粉碎车间混料粉碎上料工的岗位噪声强度>80 dB(A),属于噪声作业岗位;接害人数为42例,职业健康检查人数为17人,职业健康检查率偏低(40.5%),职业健康检查项目缺少氮氧化物、一氧化碳、矽尘。现场调查时大部分员工未佩戴个体防护用品,且发放的防毒面具、防尘口罩、防噪声耳塞数量不足。结论 该农药厂整体职业病危害控制效果基本良好,但管理中存在一些问题,需根据建议进行整改。

Objective To identify the occupational hazard problems in an insecticide factory in Tianjin,as well as the working positions and key occupational hazard factors through occupational health field investigation and testing.Methods In May 2019,the present situation of occupational hazards in the insecticide factory was evaluated by occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection and analysis.Results The results of other dust,silicon dust,nitrogen oxide,dichlorvos,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide and noise that the workers were exposed to met the national occupational exposure limits.The noise intensity of new bottle loading workers of emulsion in the comprehensive workshop and mixing crushing and feeding workers in the crushing workshop was >80 dB(A),which belonged to the noise operation position.There were 42 cases of exposure to hazards,17 workers received the occupational health examination,the rate of occupational health examination was low(40.5%),and the items of occupational health examination were lack of nitrogen oxide,carbon monoxide and silica dust.During the on-site investigation,most employees did not wear personal protective equipment,and the number of gas masks,dust masks and noiseproof earplugs was insufficient.Conclusion The overall control effect of occupational hazards is good in the insecticide factory,but there are some problems in management,which should be rectified according to suggestions.
