陕西省4所三级甲等医院护士应对方式在逆境商与工作投入间的中介效应 被引量:3

Mediating effects of coping styles between adversity quotient and work engagement in nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province

摘要 目的 了解应对方式在护士逆境商与工作投入间的中介效应。方法 2021年12月采用一般资料调查问卷、逆境商量表、简易应对方式问卷和工作投入量表简化版对陕西省便利抽样法抽取的4所三级甲等(三甲)医院的577名护士进行现状调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 陕西省4所三甲医院的护士逆境商、积极应对方式、消极应对方式和工作投入的得分[M(P_(25),P_(75))]分别为127.00(112.00,138.00)、23.00(20.00,26.00)、10.00(7.00,15.00)和27.00(19.00,35.00)分。护士逆境商与积极应对方式、工作投入呈正相关(r=0.579、0.677,均P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.700,P<0.01);积极应对方式与护士工作投入呈正相关(r=0.702,P<0.01);消极应对方式与护士工作投入呈负相关(r=-0.796,P<0.01)。积极应对方式和消极应对方式在护士逆境商与工作投入间存在并行中介效应(β=0.094、0.171,均P<0.01),中介效应占比分别为21.7%、39.4%。结论 陕西省4所三甲医院的护士逆境商和工作投入均处于中等水平,应对方式在护士逆境商与工作投入间起部分中介作用,建议护理管理者在促进护士工作投入的举措中重视应对方式的影响,通过提高护士逆境商、改善应对方式等综合干预来提高护士的工作热情。 Objective To explore the mediating effects of coping styles between adversity quotient and work engagement in nurses.Methods In December 2021,577 nurses from four grade-A tertiary hospitals selected by convenient sampling method in Shaanxi Province were investigated by general information questionnaire,adversity response profile,simplified coping style questionnaire and Utrecht work engagement scale-9,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores[MP_(25),P_(75)] of adversity quotient,positive coping styles,negative coping styles and work engagement in nurses of four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province were127.00(112.00,138.00),23.00(20.00,26.00),10.00(7.00,15.00) and 27.00(19.00,35.00)points,respectively.Nurses’ adversity quotient was significantly positively correlated with positive coping styles and work engagement(r=0.579,0.677,both P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with negative coping styles(r=-0.700,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between positive coping style and nurses’ work engagement(r=0.702,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation between negative coping styles and nurses’ work engagement(r=-0.796,P<0.01).Positive coping styles and negative coping styles had parallel mediating effects between nurses’ adversity quotient and work engagement(β=0.094,0.171,both P<0.01),accounting for 21.7% and 39.4%,respectively.Conclusion The adversity quotient and work engagement in nurses of four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province are at a medium level,the coping styles play an intermediary role between adversity quotient and work engagement in nurses,and it is suggested that nursing managers pay attention to the impact of coping styles in promoting nurses’ work engagement,and improve nurses’ work enthusiasm through comprehensive intervention of improving nurses’ adversity quotient and adjusting coping styles.
