护理研究生知识隐藏行为与科研能力的相关性分析 被引量:1

Correlation between knowledge hiding behavior and research ability of nursing postgraduate students

摘要 目的 了解我国护理研究生知识隐藏行为与科研能力现状,并分析其相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,2020年12月—2021年10月应用一般资料调查表、护理研究生科研能力评价问卷及知识隐藏行为问卷对符合条件的2省4所院校249名护理研究生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 249名护理研究生知识隐藏行为和科研能力得分为(32.82±8.85)和(80.22±15.46)分;护理研究生知识隐藏行为总分及各维度得分与科研能力总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.584~-0.323,均P<0.01);不同年级、科研经历、发表论文数量以及参与交流次数的护理研究生科研能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);知识隐藏行为能负向预测护理研究生的科研能力,可独立解释其科研能力的18.7%(β=-0.476,P<0.01)。结论 护理研究生知识隐藏行为处于中等水平,科研能力处于良好水平,且两者成显著负相关。护理教育管理者应采取针对性措施引导护理研究生建立求同存异、知识分享的意识,以期提高其科研能力,促进护理学科的健康发展。 Objective To explore the current situation of knowledge hiding behavior and research ability of nursing postgraduate students in China and analyze their correlation.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to apply the questionnaire survey among 249 eligible nursing postgraduate students from four universities in two provinces from December 2020 to October 2021,including the general information questionnaire,the nursing graduate research competency evaluation questionnaire and the knowledge hiding behavior questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of knowledge hiding behavior and research ability in 249 nursing postgraduate students was(32.82±8.85) and(80.22±15.46)points respectively.The total score of knowledge hiding behavior and score of each dimension score in nursing postgraduate students were negatively correlated with total score of research competency and score of each dimension score(r=-0.584--0.323,all P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in research competency scores among nursing postgraduate students with different grade,research experience, number of publications,and number of exchanges participated in(all P<0.05).The knowledge hiding behavior negatively predicted the research competence of nursing postgraduate students,and independently explained 18.7% of their research ability(β=-0.476,P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing postgraduate students’ knowledge hiding behavior is at a moderate level and their research ability is at a good level,and they are significantly and negatively correlated.The nursing education administrators should take targeted measures to guide nursing postgraduate students to establish the awareness of seeking common ground and sharing knowledge,in order to improve their research ability and promote the healthy development of the nursing discipline.
