摘要
课程标准建设是近十年高职院校专业建设和课程改革的核心内容。调查发现:课程标准建设主体多元化,但行业企业参与的主动性不够,课程专家参与不足;课程标准体现了国家、区域、行业及企业对技术技能人才的总体要求,但在研制过程中遇到困难;课程标准的实施程度总体较好,但仍有少部分教师在教学中不使用课程标准;修订后的课程标准较好地体现了对技术技能人才的要求变化,但对情感、态度的要求尚不够明确、具体;在课程标准的研制、实施和修订等方面,不同教师群体、地区、专业水平、院校水平之间存在显著差异。应从推动多元主体参与课程标准建设、强化教师的专业化培训、科学规范研制和修订课程标准、规范化实施等方面系统提升课程标准建设质量,并提供强有力的组织、制度和物力财力保障。
Curriculum standard construction is the core content of professional construction and curriculum reform in vocational colleges in the past ten years.The survey found that:the subjects of curriculum standard construction are diversified,but the initiative of industry enterprises is not enough,and the participation of curriculum experts is not enough;the development of the curriculum standard reflects the general requirements of the country,region,industry and enterprise for technical and skilled talents,but it encounters difficulties in the development process;the implementation of curriculum standards is generally good,but there are still a small number of teachers who do not use curriculum standards in teaching;the revised curriculum standards better reflect the changes in the requirements for technical and skilled talents,but the requirements for emotions and attitudes are not clear and specific enough;in the development,implementation and revision of curriculum standards,there are significant differences among different groups of teachers,regions,professional levels,and college levels.The quality of curriculum standard construction should be systematically improved from the aspects of promoting the participation of multiple subjects in the construction of curriculum standards,strengthening the professional training of teachers,scientifically normative development and revision of curriculum standards,and standardized implementation,and provide strong organizational,institutional,material and financial guarantees.
