摘要
将微波消解与火焰原子吸收光谱法结合,建立了一套完整的火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锰铁合金中钴、镁、锌、铜、镍、铅、钾7种微量元素的检测分析方法。优化了溶解方法、火焰原子吸收光谱仪的仪器参数,采用标准加入法校正基体。考察了该检测方法的检出限、精密度及加标回收,结果表明,各元素的检出限在0.014~0.018 mg/L之间,加标回收率在86%~113%之间,平行进样的相对标准偏差在0.4%~1.9%之间。该方法简单便捷、分析速度快、精密度高、准确性好,可满足目前市场上对锰铁合金的检测要求。
The dissolution method and instrument parameters of the flame atomic absorption spectrometer were optimized,and the standard addition method was used to correct the matrix.The test results showed that the detection limit of each element was among 0.014-0.018 mg/L,the recovery rate of standard addition was among 86%-113%,and the precision was among 0.4%-1.9%.The method is simple,convenient,fast in analysis speed and high in accuracy.
