摘要
针对痕量恶臭污染物现场快速检测及组分分析的需求,开展了基于气相色谱-离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)技术的检测方法研究。搭建了GC-IMS系统,对甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫醚3种常见臭气进行了检测,比较了DB-624 GC柱在不同的温度和载气流量条件下对混合样品的分离效果,并优化了系统参数,得到该系统对3种臭气的理论检出限(3倍噪声)分别为1.6×10^(-2)、2.5×10^(-3)、1.5×10^(-3)mg/m^(3),达到标准厂界要求。结果表明,该系统可快速完成恶臭混合物的分离检测,有望用于现场检测。
Three common sulfides(methanol,methyl sulfide,dimethyl disulfide)were tested.The separation effects of DB-624 GC column on mixed samples at different temperatures and carrier gas flow rates were compared.The operating parameters of the system were optimized.The theoretical detection limits(3 times the baseline noise)of three sulfides were 1.64×10^(-2),7.38×10^(-4) and 5.91×10^(-3)mg/m^(3).The results showed that the malodor could be quickly separated and detected with the developed system.The method is expected to be used for on-site detection.
