摘要
为快速准确地测定水中硝酸盐氮,本研究从多种水样入手,对3种常用测定方法进行比对研究。研究结果表明:紫外分光光度法、气相分子吸收光谱法和离子色谱法3种方法均可测定地表水和地下水中的硝酸盐氮。海水中硝酸盐氮适合用气相分子吸收光谱法测定;挥发性有机物含量水平较低水样中的硝酸盐氮适合用气相分子吸收光谱法和离子色谱法测定;挥发性有机物含量水平较高水样中的硝酸盐氮适合用离子色谱法测定。
Three common determination methods were compared using various water samples.The results showed that ultraviolet spectrophotometry,gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy and ion chromatography could all be adopted to determine nitrate nitrogen in surface water and groundwater;nitrate nitrogen in seawater was suitable for determination by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry.Nitrate nitrogen in water samples with little volatile organic compound could be well determined by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry and ion chromatography while nitrate nitrogen in water containing high content volatile organic compound was only suitable for determination by ion chromatography.
