摘要
以型号5E-CHN2000的元素分析仪为例,详细介绍了具体实验流程、用煤标准物质为校准物质建立碳氢氮校准曲线的具体过程、如何加强检测过程中质量控制等。使用煤标准物质可通过建立一种方法同时实现碳氢氮3个校准曲线的标定。在每次样品检测时都要带煤标准物质进行漂移校正,煤标准物质的范围要与被测样品指标范围接近或涵盖样品范围。对元素分析仪在日常使用过程中容易出现的问题如漏气、空白结果异常、氮结果异常、煤标准物质超出标准值不确定度范围等情况进行了描述并提出了相应解决措施,同时列举了实验过程中的其他需要注意的事项。
The specific experimental process,the establishment of the carbon hydrogen and nitrogen calibration curve using coal reference material as the calibration material,the use of coal reference mater to strengthen the quality control in the process of element determination.The use of coal reference materials as the calibration materials has significant advantages.A method can be established simply and easily with three calibration curves of carbon hydrogen and nitrogen at the same time.The coal reference material must be used in each sample test.The range of the coal reference material must be close to or cover the range of the sample index.Some problems that easily occur in daily use of the element analyzer and corresponding solutions,such as gas leakage,abnormal blank results,abnormal nitrogen results and coal reference material exceeding the uncertainty range of the standard value,are described and proposed.Other matters and attention are listed during the experiment.
