基于SWOT分析的农业科研院所发展现状分析及建议——以四川省农业科学院农业信息与农村经济研究所为例

Analysis on Current Status of Agricultural Research Institute Based on SWOT Model and Suggestions,Taking Agricultural Information and Rural Economic Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

文章采用SWOT模型分析了四川省农业科学院农业信息与农村经济研究所在发展中存在的优势、劣势,以及面临的机遇和挑战,提出了加强党建引领、重点推进农业农村新型智库建设、抢抓机遇加强人才队伍建设、积极开展服务和开发工作等发展建议,以促进农业科研院所快速稳定发展。

Using SWOT model,the strength,weakness,opportunities and challenges in the development of Agricultural Information and Rural Economy Research Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed.According to the analysis,it was suggested to strengthen the guidance of Party building,promote the construction of new type of agricultural think tank,seize opportunities and reinforce the construction of talent team,actively carry out services and development work,which will promote rapid and steady development of institute.
