地方农业科研院所科研和党建工作深度融合的实践与思考——以河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所为例

Practice and Reflection on the Deep Integration of Scientific Research and Party Building Work in Local Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Institute of Coastal Agriculture of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an Example

“结合科研抓党建,抓好党建促科研”是科研院所党建工作的基本要求。文章以河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所为例,从支部共建角度分析了科研和党建深度融合过程中存在的问题,提出了实施“三共建四提升”对策,即多元化支部共建,提升基层党建成效,以期为科研院所党建科研工作协同发展提供借鉴和参考。

The basic requirement of party building work in research institutes is to "Combine scientific research to do party building work,do a good job in party building work to promote scientific research". Taking Institute of Coastal Agriculture of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, problems of the deep integration of scientific research and party building were analyzed from the perspective of branch co-building. The implementation of "three building and four upgrading" countermeasures were proposed, i.e. diversified branch building to enhance the effectiveness of grassroots party building. This will provide a reference for the synergistic development of party building and research work in research institutes.
