激光无吸收剂透射焊接PVC透明塑料板工艺研究

摘要 使用1 710 nm半导体激光器对同种透明聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料板材进行无吸收剂激光透射焊接。选择激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量三个焊接工艺参数进行了三因素三水平的正交实验,得到一组最优焊接工艺参数,最后探究了线能量对焊接效果的影响。实验结果表明:影响焊接效果的最主要因素为激光功率,其次是焊接速度,最后是离焦量;最优焊接工艺参数为:激光功率18 W,焊接速度10 mm/s,离焦量-1 mm,对应的试件拉断力为816.7 N。线能量为1.89 J/mm时,拉断力达到最大值832.1 N,此时焊缝内会有少量气泡存在。 Absorber-free laser transmission welding of the same polyvinyl chloride(PVC) transparent plastic were conducted using 1 710 nm semiconductor laser. The three welding process parameters of laser power, welding speed and defocus were selected to carry out the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels, and a set of optimal welding process parameters were obtained. Finally, the influence of linear energy on welding effect was explored. The experimental results showed that the most important factors affecting the welding effect was the laser power, followed by the welding speed, and finally the defocus amount;The optimal process parameters were obtained with laser power of 18 W, welding speed of 10 mm/s, defocus amount of-1 mm, and the corresponding tensile breaking force of the sample was 816.7 N. The tensile breaking force reached the maximum value of 832.1 N with linear energy of 1.89 J/mm, and a small amount of bubbles would exist in the weld.
