精准护理理念下采用OSCE在高职眼耳鼻喉科护理学教学中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析精准护理理念下采用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在高职眼耳鼻喉科护理学教学中的应用及对核心能力培养的影响。方法:选取2018—2021年于某二甲医院眼耳鼻喉科实习的125例高职学院护理专业学生,以报到顺序随机分成两组,观察组63例,对照组62例。观察组于精准护理理念下采用OSCE模式进行带教和考核,对照组精准护理理念下采用常规模式带教和考核。比较两组核心能力得分、自主学习能力和教学认可度。结果:观察组的核心能力和自主学习能力评分高于对照组,护理教学评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高职眼耳鼻喉科精准护理教学中应用OSCE模式可以提高学生的核心能力和教学质量,值得推广。
