摘要
从食用菌大食物观的提出和确立、食用菌在保护粮食安全中的作用和食用菌在粮食安全大格局中的作用3个方面介绍了在构建粮食安全大格局下食用菌以及食用菌产业发挥的作用,指出了在“大食物观”发展战略中食用菌产业在各领域的潜能优势和发展方向。
This paper introduces the role played by edible fungi and edible fungi industry in constructing the overall situation of food security from three aspects:The proposal and establishment of the concept of edible fungi as a big food,the role of edible fungi in food security and the role of edible fungi in the overall situation of food security,and points out the potential advantages and development direction of the edible fungi industry in various fields in the development strategy of the "Big Food Concept".
