中药桑黄粗毛纤孔菌的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

Research Advances on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sanghuang——Inonotus hispidus

从化学成分和药理作用方面对中药传统菌物药桑黄—粗毛纤孔菌的现代研究成果进行综述,并对粗毛纤孔菌在中药新药开发和健康领域的应用前景进行了展望。粗毛纤孔菌含有多种化学成分,主要有多糖类、多酚类、甾体类、萜类、色素类、脂肪酸等成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、活血化瘀、降血脂、保肝、降血糖、抑菌、抗病毒、修复肾损伤等多种药理作用,尤其抗肿瘤作用显著,是一味亟待深入研究和开发利用的珍贵传统中药。

In this paper,traditional mycomedicine Sanghuang—Inonotus hispidus was reviewed on its modern research achievements based on its chemical composition and pharmacological effects,focusing on the application prospect of Inonotus hispidus in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research and new medicine exploring.Inonotus hispidus contained multiple chemical constituents,primarily including polysaccharides,polyphenols,steroids,terpenes,pigments and fatty acids,with biological activities such as antitumor,antioxidation,anti-inflammation,promoting blood circulation,hypolipidemic,antibacterial,liver preservation,hypoglycemic,antiviral,repairing kidney injury.Inonotus hispidus is a traditional chinese medicine which benefits tumor patients and has great potential for medical use,and it is worthwhile in-depth research,development and utilization.
