情景模拟法演练在窥镜室急救护理培养中的应用

Application of scenario simulation exercise in emergency nursing training in endoscopy room

目的探讨情景模拟法演练在窥镜室护士急救综合能力培养中的应用。方法20名窥镜室护士便利抽样分为对照组与研究组,每组各10名,对照组护士进行传统培训,研究组护士进行情景模拟演练,对比两组护士的培训效果。结果研究组护士的培训成绩、培训满意评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟演练培训能显著提高窥镜室护士的综合成绩,应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation exercise in the training of emergency comprehensive ability of nurses in the endoscope room.Methods Twenty nurses in the endoscope room were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,10 in each group.The traditional training was carried out for the nurses in the control group,and the simulation exercise was carried out for the nurses in the research group.The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results The training scores and training satisfaction scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of scenario simulation exercise can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of nurses in the endoscope room,and has significant application value.
