中国文化产业发展的空间布局、动态演进及形成机理

Spatial Layout,Dynamic Evolution and Formation Mechanism of the Development of Chinese Cultural Industry

把握文化产业的发展规律,实现中国文化产业发展的地区协同,对共创共享人民群众日益丰富的精神成果具有重大意义。基于2015—2020年31个省份的数据,采用Dagum基尼系数与Kernel密度估计对中国文化产业发展水平的地区差距与分布动态演进特征进行解构,并运用二次指派程序实证考察其形成机理。研究发现:地区间差距是中国文化产业发展总体差距的主要来源,东西部之间差距最大;考察期内,东西部地区的文化产业发展水平绝对差距有缩小趋势,而中部地区与东北地区有扩大趋势;产业规模差距是导致中国文化产业发展地区差距的主要驱动要素。推动文化产业的发展,应强化顶层设计,重视总体差距,聚焦产业地区间协同发展能力的提升,并防止极化趋势的问题在地区内进一步加剧。

It is of great significance to grasp the development law of the cultural industry and realize the regional coordination of the development of the cultural industry in China to create and share the increasingly rich spiritual achievements of the people.Based on the data of 31 provinces from 2015 to 2020,this paper uses Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation to deconstruct the dynamic evolution characteristics of the regional disparities and distribution of the development level of China's cultural industries,and uses the quadratic assignment program to investigate the formation mechanism.The results show that the gap between regions is the main source of the overall gap in the development of China's cultural industry,and the gap between east and west is the largest.During the investigation period,the absolute gap between the development level of cultural industry in the eastern and western regions has a narrowing trend,while the central region and the northeast region have a widening trend.The industrial scale gap is the main driving factor leading to the regional gap in the development of China's cultural industry.To promote the development of the cultural industry should strengthen the top-level design,pay attention to the overall gap,focus on the improvement of the regional collaborative development ability of the industry,and prevent the polarization trend from further aggravating within the region.
