智媒时代突发气象灾害的应急传播机制研究

Research on Emergency Communication Mechanisms of Sudden Meteorological Disasters in the Era of Intellectual Media

数字技术的发展推动了我国气象灾害应急传播活动的数字化转型,智媒时代新技术的快速更迭使用户置身于信息爆炸的环境中,研究突发气象灾害应急传播机制的建设更具现实意义。文章以2022年夏季重庆山火事件传播为例,从优质应急信息稀缺、媒体应对滞后等方面审视智媒时代突发气象灾害的应急传播困境,从建设智能应急队伍、构建智能数据库、搭建智能传播平台等方面提出突发气象灾害应急传播机制的破局之路。

The development of digital technology has promoted the digital transformation of the emergency communication activities for meteorological disasters,the rapid change of new technology in the era of intelligent media puts users into the environment of information explosion,and it has more practical significance to study the construction of emergency communication mechanism for sudden meteorological disasters.Taking the spread of Chongqing mountain fire event in the summer of 2022 as an example,the article examines the emergency communication difficulties of sudden meteorological disasters in the era of intelligent media from the aspects of the scarcity of highquality emergency information and the lag of media response,and proposes the way to break the situation of emergency communication mechanism of sudden meteorological disasters from the aspects of building intelligent emergency team,building intelligent database and building intelligent communication platform.
