摘要
单片机技术已广泛应用于智能化管理及过程控制领域,这促使我们思考和改进高职教学中单片机自动控制系统的教学方式,旨在改善现有理论课加试验课的教学组织形式在一定程度上割裂了工程技术类课程实践性的问题,开发基于STM32的高度可控空气悬架试验平台,以支撑单片机自动控制课程综合试验的开展,实现知识运用的综合性、实践性和创新性,以打造“教—学—做”一体化的教学方案。基于1/4悬架系统构型与电控空气悬架电气原理,完成了高度可控空气悬架试验平台的搭建,实现了空气悬架高度的自动调整。此平台既可开展单片机自动控制课程的综合实验,又可拓展为嵌入式课程教学,联合AUTOBOX实现半实物仿真,对学生后续专业课程的学习具有指引意义。
SCM technology has been widely used in the field of intelligent management and process control,which urges us to think about and improve the teaching method of SCM automatic control system in higher vocational education. This paper tries to change the situation that the present teaching organizational form,which includes theoretical teaching and experiment teaching, in a certain extent, neglects the practice link of engineering technology courses. This paper proposes to develop a highly controlled air suspension test platform based on STM32 to support the comprehensive test of the SCM Automatic Control course, so as to realize the comprehensive, practical and innovative use of knowledge and to create a “teaching-learning-doing” integrated teaching program. Based on the configuration of 1/4 suspension system and the electrical principle of electronically controlled air suspension, the construction of highly controlled air suspension test platform is completed, and the automatic adjustment of air suspension height is realized. Based on the platform, we can not only carry out the comprehensive experiments of SCM Automatic Control course, but can also expand it into embedded teaching.Semi-physical simulation can be realized combined with AUTOBOX, which is of guiding significance for students’ subsequent professional courses.
