摘要
“动物繁殖学”本科实验教学,由于教学内容、教学条件等方面的限制,不能满足人才培养的要求。以开展“水牛卵子体外受精及后续胚胎发育观测”创新项目为例,尝试结合科研实验平台,开展受实验场地和实验条件等因素限制而无法进行的本科教学活动。项目实施培养了学生的创新和实践能力,激发了学生的学习兴趣及科研探索精神,提升了教学质量,为今后结合科研平台资源开展本科实验教学的教学模式提供了实践经验和理论参考。
Due to the limitations of teaching content and teaching conditions, the teaching of the Animal Reproduction course of undergraduates can’t meet the requirements of talent training. Taking the innovative project of “Buffalo Eggs in Vitro Fertilization and the Subsequent Embryo Development Observation” as an example, we try to carry out undergraduate teaching activities based on a scientific research and experimental platform. Those experiments otherwise cannot be carried out due to the limitations of experiment sites and experiment conditions.The implementation of the project has cultivated students’ innovation and practical ability, stimulated their learning interest and scientific research and exploration spirit, and improved the teaching quality of this course. The successful implementation of the project provides practical experience and a theoretical reference for the teaching mode of undergraduate experiment teaching combined with scientific research platform resources in the future.
