口腔外科住院医师培训与教学探析——上海九院住院医师规范化培训模式及其优化

Analysis on the Training and Teaching of Residential Standardized Training for Oral Surgery Residents:A Case Study of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital Mode for Residential Training and Its’ Optimization

为了改进口腔外科住培的教育教学模式和提升教学质量,基于对上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔外科住院医师规范化培训(住培)过程中住院医师的满意度调查,探讨现行口腔外科住培模式优化途径并提出建议。随机选取2018年6月至2021年12月期间参与本院口腔外科轮转的住培生150名,并发放满意度调查问卷。问卷内容涵盖对现行住培模式、住培科室及指导教师的满意度情况。调查显示住培生总体满意度较高,尤其对指导教师的指导水平较为满意,但仍在现行住培模式整体满意度、薪资待遇及住房补贴、临床实操机会不足等方面收到部分负面评价,以上三个方面的负面评价值得进一步思考和探讨。因此,现行口腔外科住培模式应进一步优化,完善和健全培训体系,适当增加经费投入,切实做好住培效果评估和反馈,为口腔外科住培模式的优化贡献“上海九院方案”。

Purpose: To explore the optimization approaches of the current residency training mode of oral surgery, we launched a satisfaction survey among oral surgery residents in the standardized residential training of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital affiliated to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, so as to improve the residential training mode and teaching quality. Methods: A total of 150 residents, who participated in the clinical rotation of the Department of Oral Surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2021,were randomly selected, and a satisfaction questionnaire survey was conducted. The content of the questionnaire covers the satisfaction degree for the current residential training mode, the clinical departments and the clinical tutors. Results: The survey showed the overall satisfaction degree of the oral surgery residents was relatively high,especially for the guidance of clinical tutors. However, some negative feedback was received about the current residential training mode, the salary or housing subsidies and the lack of practical operation opportunities. And the negative feedback about these three aspects requires more thinking and discussion. Conclusion: The current oral surgery residential training mode should be further optimized, and the training system should be improved. At the same time, financial support should be appropriately increased. The effect of residential training should be evaluated and the feedback should be properly dealt with, so that the “Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital Mode” can do some contribution to the optimization of the residential training mode of oral surgery.
