云协同翻译教学模式研究

Research on the Teaching Mode of Cloud Collaborative Translation

使用具有“MT(机翻)+TM(记忆库术语及语料调用)+PE(译后编辑)”功能的免费、开源云翻译软件(MateCat),以《新英格兰医学杂志》论文为翻译素材,采用“专题+项目+技术习得+元学习能力培育+语言资产生成”的教学方式,可以形成一种较完善的教学模式。这种学习模式可以提升学生的学习兴趣和满意度,培育学生元学习能力,能展现出较高的教产学研训一体化特性。

By taking the papers in the New England Journal of Medicine as the translation material and applying the cloud translation software(MateCat) with its function of “MT(machine translation) + TM(translation memory, terminology management and self-compiled corpora) + PE(post-editing)” as the translation and teaching device, this paper introduces a relatively successful teaching model, in which the teaching process is carried out with the approach and procedure of “subject selection + project implementation + technique acquisition +cultivation of meta learning ability+ generation of language asset”. This learning model can improve students’ learning interest and sense of satisfaction, cultivate students’ meta-learning ability, and demonstrate a high degree of integration of teaching, commercialization, learning, research and training.
