项目化教学在高校管理类课程中的应用研究

目前人才培养模式改革是高校教学转型的关键。项目化教学是在管理类课程中将探究作为教学的核心,帮助教师培养学生成为实践型人才的新型教学模式。要让学生在“实践中学习,学习中实践”,由内而外地培养学生的社会职业素质,需要对管理类课程教学改革进行不断探索。以高校教育改革为研究背景,指出了项目化教学的应用价值,明确了实施要点,诠释了项目化教学在管理类课程中的实施,为高校教育方式和方法的全面变革提供有力的支撑。

At present, the reform of talent training mode is the key to the teaching transformation of colleges and universities. In management courses, project-based teaching is a new teaching mode that takes inquiry as the core of teaching and helps teachers train students to become practical talents. In order to let students “learn in practice, and practice in learning” and cultivate students’ social professional quality from the inside out, it is necessary to continuously explore the teaching reform of management courses. Taking the educational reform of colleges and universities as the research background, this paper points out the application value of project-based teaching, clarifies the key points in implementation, and explains the implementation of project-based teaching in management courses, so as to provide a strong support for the comprehensive reform of educational methods and means in colleges and universities.
