摘要
“阳光驻心”三位一体心理健康培育工程,是在调查研究、实践探索的基础上总结出来的全局性工作模式。通过问卷调研了解学生整体的心理状况及心理服务需求,并打造意识提升、心灵体验、互助交流的立体化教育模式,全方位开展心理健康教育工作,提升学生心理保健意识和心理健康素质。通过前测、后测对比分析发现,学生整体心理状况有所改善,尤其是术科学生,其心理健康意识和心理求助意识有了显著提升,且术科学生的心理健康意识明显超过了学科学生。
“Sunshine staying in the Heart” trinity mental health cultivation project, is an overall work mode summed up on the basis of investigation, practice and exploration. The students’ overall psychological status and psychological service needs are understood through questionnaire survey, and three-dimensional education mode of consciousness promotion, spiritual experience and mutual communication is created to carry out all-round physical health education and improve students’ mental health awareness and quality. Through the comparative analysis of the pre-test and post-test, it is found that the overall psychological status of students has improved, especially the students of technical sciences, whose mental health awareness and psychological help seeking awareness have been significantly improved, and the mental health awareness of technical students has significantly exceeded that of discipline students.
